Highlights from the latest University Admissions Officers report are now available.
ACS International Schools (ACS) has conducted the annual report for the past nine years. Now in its tenth year, ACS continues to take the lead on this research in a new partnership with the IB Schools and Colleges Association of the UK and Ireland (IBSCA) and the IB.
The 2015 survey results are based on the feedback of University Admissions Officers at 80 different universities and colleges spanning all university groups in the UK.
The report found that a majority of University Admissions Officers advocate the IB Diploma Programme as best preparation for workplace and university. The report also found that A levels retain marginal lead for in-depth subject expertise and Scottish Highers score well for encouraging independent enquiry.
