As Chairman of the Audit Committee, Dominique Ledouble leads the oversight function of the Committee on the reliability of financial statements and the efficiency of internal control at the International Baccalaureate® (IB).

During his professional career, Dominique was involved in many projects: statutory audits, acquisition and merger audits, expert valuations, fairness opinions, and consultancy services in the areas of accountancy, arbitration and mediation. His areas of expertise include energy, communications, real estate and financial services.

Dominique was Technical Director and Secretary General of the French Institute of Chartered Accountants from 1975-1982. He became Director of Practice Development at KMG Fiduciaire de France and managing partner of Salustro Reydel in 1986.

In 1993, he founded a firm specializing in accounting and financial consultancy services, and returned to the French Institute of Chartered Accountants from 1998 to 2001, serving as Chairman. In 2009, he founded the Professional Association of Independent Experts (APEI), recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), and is currently President of the French Federation of Valuation Experts (FFEE). Dominique is the author of numerous articles in legal and accounting journals, and was Associate Professor at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métier until 2013.
