Despite the COVID-19 epidemic, global growth in the number of programmes continued across all four IB programmes.

Candidate numbers for the Diploma Programme (DP) rose significantly to a total of 105,921.

The numbers of DP courses taken also increased to 758,822.

Overall pass rate of Diploma Programme candidates (%)
DP pass rates went up significantly to 85.18%.
