Join our student wellbeing learning journey with schools

With generous support from the Jacobs Foundation, the International Baccalaureate (IB) has launched an exciting project to explore, study and measure student wellbeing in primary through secondary schools internationally.

While extensive research suggests that happier children make better learners, the scientific literature raises many questions about the implementation and effectiveness of wellbeing interventions in schools. The COVID-19 pandemic has only exacerbated the need to focus on improving student wellbeing.

In this project, we are embarking on a journey with schools to systematically learn and innovate together, with the ultimate goal of enhancing student wellbeing through relevant and evidence-based practices.
