The capital city of Wales is well known for its history and heritage as well as its sporting background, with Cardiff Castle standing proud in the centre of the city along with the Principality Stadium, home of the Welsh Rugby Team. Wales also has more castles per square mile than anywhere else in Europe.
A short walk from the city centre you will find Cardiff Bay, home to the Senedd, The Welsh Government and the Wales Millennium Centre for the Arts.
"I would describe my role as being a customer advocate. I’m proud to manage a team that takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service daily. I feel incredibly proud to work for the IB, playing my part (however small it may be) in creating a better and more peaceful world through education."—Alex Parnell, Senior Service and Engagement Manager, Cardiff
