Julie Higounet
Julie Higounet is an educational consultant, keynote speaker, and founder of EDHUMAN. She supports schools and educational networks in France and internationally on pedagogical innovation, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), artificial intelligence in education, assessment, and teacher professional development. Drawing on extensive experience working with IB and international schools, she helps educators design inclusive, evidence-informed learning environments that foster student agency, critical thinking, and deep learning. Julie is also a member of the editorial board of Les Cahiers pédagogiques and the author and coordinator of several publications on teaching, learning, and the thoughtful integration of AI in education.
Dr Yuhyun Park
Dr. Yuhyun Park is the founder of the DQ Institute and a globally recognized authority on digital skills, ethics, and the digital economy. She created the Digital Intelligence (DQ) Framework (IEEE 3527.1™)—the global standard for digital literacy and skills—endorsed by the OECD, IEEE, and World Economic Forum, and implemented in over 100 countries. She created the Child Online Safety Index (COSI), which subsequently inspired a range of digital wellbeing benchmarks, including the Child Protection in Cyberspace (CPC) Index. She launched #DQEveryChild, a movement empowering children in more than 80 countries to be responsible digital citizens. This initiative has shaped policies and programs for organizations such as LEGO, UNESCO, the Global Cybersecurity Forum, and the World Economic Forum. She also leads innovation in Digital-ESG Standards, co-founding the Cross Economy framework with NTU as a next-generation sustainability model. Her books include IQ, EQ, DQ: New Intelligence in the AI Age and Dictionary of Economics.
Dr. Park has advised the World Economic Forum, G20 Civil Society, national governments, and global companies including TikTok, Snapchat, and Aramco. Her contributions have earned her accolades, including World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, Eisenhower Fellow, Ashoka Fellow, UNESCO prizes, KAIST Future Strategy Awards, and more. Holding a Ph.D. in biostatistics from Harvard University and a bachelor’s in computer science and statistics from Seoul National University, Dr. Park continues to shape the global agenda for ethical and future-ready digital societies.
Dr Luke Roberts
Dr Luke Roberts is an Applied Complexity Scientist and organisational consultant with over 20 years of experience helping institutions navigate complex challenges. His work originally started by exploring culture change in schools, with a core focus on building community and belonging. Specialising in relational dynamics, he brings a human-centred approach to creativity, innovation, learning, and community peace. A former CECAN Fellow with a PhD and published works on complex social systems—including Leading Schools and Sustaining Innovation: How to Think Big and Differently in Complex Systems—Dr. Roberts has shared his expertise globally, delivering keynotes and presentations across the UK, Europe (including recent engagements with educators in Shanghai and Vaasa), America, and Japan. His diverse sector experience spans education, healthcare, prisons, policing, and elite organisations such as the Football Association, where he has advised on systemic change and innovation as a learning organisation. He is currently developing AI tools to support people into work, alongside a groundbreaking theory of time in complex systems. Dr. Roberts remains deeply passionate about the power of education and educational systems to change the world. He serves as a visiting lecturer at the Royal College of Art and contributes as a trustee for SHiFT, supporting marginalised young people, and as a governor for the Ambitious Together Multi-Academy Trust.
