Information about sessions
The IB Virtual Conference is designed for IB educators to learn and converse with experts, colleagues and IB staff.
The content at this virtual gathering will be presented in different formats, including keynotes, expert sessions and breakouts.
From 9 to 11 December 2020, each day will begin with a keynote speaker. The speakers will give "big picture" presentations around the conference theme, Reimagine the Future, and topics related to education. These opening talks will set the tone of the conference and provide fresh perspectives by sparking thinking and inspiring action.
From 9 to 11 December, each day will end with a session that will be delivered by subject-matter experts on topics that have an impact on the IB community.

Speakers will inspire and encourage attendees to reconsider their perceptions and rethink how to embed effective learning and teaching across schools, providing concrete strategies to Reimagine the Future.
There will be over 60 live and on-demand sessions during the IB Virtual Conference, covering a wide range of the most relevant topics for IB educators and the larger global community today. Sessions will focus on new approaches to learning and teaching, professional applications, scholarly analyses, best practices and case studies.
