Cancellation dates for the main conference
For cancellations made on or before Sunday 26 September 2021, a credit note will be issued for the full registration fee. Cancellations made on or after Monday 27 September 2021 will forfeit 100% of the registration fee.
How to cancel
If you registered as an individual, you can either cancel or transfer your registration to someone else. Please see “How to transfer your registration to someone else”.
If you made a group registration and would like to cancel, please contact globalconferences@ibo.org for guidance.
Applicable credit card refunds will be processed to the same credit card used.
For IB World Schools, applicable credits will be issued to school accounts. Contact myaccount@ibo.org for more details for future credit use.
