Join us at the first virtual International Baccalaureate (IB) Global University Admissions Conference from 28 February to 2 March 2023.

The IB Global University Admissions Conference is aimed at university and career counsellors (UCCs) or university admissions and recruitment staff. Heads of Schools, programme coordinators and teachers can register for the conference if they are also in the position to support and advise students on future education paths. UCCs

Register to experience three content-packed days filled with numerous networking and professional development opportunities. Independent school counsellors can also register using the "individual participant" option.

During the conference you will be able to:

  • attend over 40 breakout sessions covering topics from university applications, counselling for students of specific IB programmes to student well-being and more
  • connect and chat with university representatives to learn about various study opportunities at the university fair
  • hear from top education leaders about the changing landscape of higher education
  • gain insight into the IB curriculum and obtain important key updates
  • access learning and teaching resources from our exhibitors
  • watch on-demand sessions until 2 May 2023.

Universities

Join us for three content-packed days to learn and network with UCCs and IB staff. Your registration will include:

  • one customizable virtual booth at the university fair
  • a booth dashboard to see everyone who enters the booth and what action they took
  • links to university websites and social media accounts
  • the ability to upload documents, videos and photos (5 GB maximum)
  • live chat to speak to attendees
  • the ability to see who is viewing the booth
  • a feed within the booth
  • host demos within the booth
  • one-to-one interaction with participants via chat and video
  • email notifications when participants message offline staff
  • a booth metrics report after the conference.

During the conference you will also be able to:

  • attend over 40 breakout sessions covering topics from setting entry requirements for different IB programmes to reading IB transcripts and more
  • build meaningful relationships with UCCs at the university fair
  • hear from top education leaders about the changing landscape of higher education
  • gain insight into the IB curriculum and obtain important key updates
  • watch on-demand sessions until 2 May 2023.
