Main conference including pre-conference
Early bird registration: EUR 1390 plus 21% VAT

Standard registration: EUR 1512 plus 21% VAT
This three-day registration option includes the following:
- An interactive pre-conference workshop led by expert facilitators for leadership skills and professional development
- Over 100 sessions including keynotes, panel discussions, staff and peer-to-peer breakouts and networking opportunities.
- Lunch and refreshment breaks on all conference days
- All social activities, including the welcome reception on 23 October 2025 and celebration dinner on 25 October 2025.
Main conference only
Early bird registration: EUR 1180 plus 21% VAT

Standard registration: EUR 1318 plus 21% VAT
This registration option includes the following:
- Over 100 sessions including keynotes, panel discussions, staff and peer-to-peer breakouts and networking opportunities.
- Lunch and refreshment breaks on all conference days
- All social activities, including the welcome reception on 23 October 2025 and celebration dinner on 25 October 2025.
Companion passes
Standard fee: EUR 216 plus 21% VAT
A companion special events pass allows conference participants to bring a companion to the following events:
- Opening reception on 23 October 2025
- Celebration dinner on 25 October 2025
We encourage attendees to register their companion as early as possible as limited space is available. Please note that companions may not attend other conference events and meals.
How to transfer your registration to someone else
If you registered but are unable to attend, your registration can be transferred to someone else.
Access your registration here and go to “SUBSTITUTE REGISTRATION”. You will need to provide the new registrant’s name and email address. The new registrant will receive an email to access their registration and adjust it, if required.
