Darlene Fisher 

Darlene has worked for 40+ years in education. Her work includes accreditation, consulting and coaching for NEASC as an International Accreditation Leader and also with the IB as a Lead Educator and workshop designer. She has worked with teacher training for ECIS and Cambridge (CIE), as well as mentoring heads of school and consulting on curricula and teacher development across Asia, Middle East and Europe. She is the NEASC representative in the development of the Collaborative Learning Protocol – the IB & NEASC evaluation and accreditation protocol that provides a focus on learning while achieving accreditation and evaluation. 

Proserphina Dhlamini-Fisher 

Proserpina, who is part of the Senior IBWS Managers’ team, works globally with international and independent/Private IB World schools, across all 4 programmes, supporting their IB programme implementation and evaluation journey. She has 29 years working with IB schools and 10 of those working with the IB. She has held several roles in schools and educational organizations and believes strongly that an IB education has a positive impact on educators and on students wherever they may be and whatever they aspire to achieve in their personal lives after completing school. 

Antoinette Blain 

Antoinette Blain, a UK-trained art and design teacher, has taught IB MYP & DP since 2010. She is an IBEN member (WSL & PL) and has held academic leadership roles in Europe and East Africa. 

Natasha Haque 

Natasha Haque, a UK Humanities teacher since 2000, contributes to IB curriculum and programme initiatives, drawing insights from diverse leadership roles in international education. 

Vani Vishwanath 

Vani Vishwanath, an IB teacher since 2008, specialises in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Serving as a DP examiner and IBEN (PL) she's based in Hyderabad, India. 

Dr. Christian Hoffmann-Pickenhahn 

Christian Hoffmann is currently the Head of Curriculum and IB Continuum Coordinator at the Franconian International School, Germany. He started his career at university with a PhD focusing on development of personal identity. Later, he moved into business consulting for some years. After joining the teaching profession, he specialised in curriculum development and review. Christian is an IB workshop leader for IB leadership and IB continuum topics as well as a programme and evaluation leader for the PYP, MYP and DP. He is also developing methodology originating from Harvard's Project Zero for systems and change processes in the business world. 

Ali Ezzedine 

Ali Ezzeddine educational consultant and IBEN educator (20 years of epxerience). A certified international trainer from Lynn Erickson institute to do concept-based workshops and IB PYP lead educator. Ali is a certified TBR trainer. Ali Ezzeddine is an experienced educator. He is trilingual: Arabic, French and English. Ali loves children’s literature and he is a published author. He translated the book of Trevor Makcenzie : Inquiry mindset to Arabic and French. 

Ali Hassan 

Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Ali has served as a Head of School, PYP/MYP/DP Coordinator, and English teacher in various international schools. He is currently a consultant assisting with school projects globally, including recruitment, training and business development. 

 He mentors students on university programmes and serves as a board member for education and charity missions. He also reviews scholarships for the University of the People Master of Education degree, which supports educators. Ali is involved in multiple IB support roles and contributes to visiting teams for NEASC and CIS. He advocates for diversity, inclusion, health, and wellbeing. 

Antonio Muñoz 

Antonio Muñoz has worked at the IB Global Centre in The Hague for more than six years as IB World Schools Manager. He has extensive experience of IB programmes and works with IB World Schools in Latin America, Spain and Andorra, providing them with support and guidance in implementing the IB programme. As part of his work with the IB World Schools Department, he regularly works with ministries of education, groups of schools and associations of IB World Schools. Before taking up his position at the International Baccalaureate, he worked at international schools for more than 20 years in various management and leadership roles. He also brings a wealth of experience with IB programmes from numerous IBEN roles, including lead educator, workshop leader, school visit team leader, consultant, reader, principal examiner and assessment author. Antonio has a Bachelor's degree in Hispanic philology and a Master’s degree in management, innovation and leadership in schools.

Guillermo Duff 

Guillermo Duff is a manager of public schools in Andorra, Spain, Latin America and the United Kingdom, and private schools in Chile and Peru. He previously worked as an IB Curriculum Manager for Language A and Language and Culture in the Diploma Programme. A former IBEN member, his roles have included workshop leader, consultant, examiner and verification visit team leader.

Dianne Blackburn 

Dianne, an accomplished Educational Consultant, specializes in tailoring education solutions for international schools. With expertise in pedagogical leadership, change management, and educator training, she has successfully implemented innovative programs, integrating cutting-edge technologies and managing diverse teams. As a devoted contributor to the International Baccalaureate, Dianne serves as a Lead Educator, Field Representative, and IBEN Workshop Leader. Her recent focus involves guiding educators through evolving educational landscapes, designing workshops on Inquiry-Based Learning and Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Dianne's commitment to high-quality education is evident globally, demonstrated through UDL implementation and workshops at IB regional conferences, fostering student well-being and agency. 

Pascal Ashkar 

Passionate about IB education, Pascal Ashkar has started his learning journey in IB schools since 1997. Pascal has served schools in different countries and capacities. Pascal is also an IBEN member since 2004 and has served the IB community as consultant, Workshop Leader, IB-CIS Synchronized visit Chair, Evaluation and Programme Leader, and Maths Examiner. Currently Pascal is a Senior IBWS Manager at the International Baccalaureate Organization – The Hague office and one of his main objective is to support IB schools developing their IB programmes. 

Katrin Fox 

In her current role as IBWS Senior Manager Katrin supports a portfolio of authorized IB World Schools offering all four IB programmes in 42 different countries. She has got extensive experience of IB programme implementation and development in state schools, semi state schools and private schools as well as in different cultural contexts and school communities, which she gathered as an IB educator, school leader, author of teaching materials and IB staff over more than 25 years. She works with ministries and educational institutions in the development of contextualized implementation of IB programmes and to promote recognition of IB education. 

Rémy Lamon 

Rémy Lamon has worked as an MYP and DP teacher in several countries. A former member of school leadership teams and author of teaching materials, he is now an IB World Schools Manager. The IB World Schools department helps IB authorized schools deliver quality education. Its two main roles are to be schools’ voice within the IB, championing their needs, and to assess schools in ways that support them, creating opportunities for development for each school. 

Marwa Bkerat 

Marwa is an experienced education professional with over 22 years of expertise. She holds a Master's degree in Education and a 'Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership' from Harvard. Marwa contributes to the IBEN community as a workshop leader, Examiner, and Programme and Evaluation Leader. She is also a Site Evaluator at CAEP and a Visiting Team Member at CIS. Previously, she held positions at QRTA, including Programs Implementation Expert, Senior Teacher Educator, Program Manager and IB Workshops Manager. Marwa has also worked as an IB DP Coordinator and a Biology Subject Leader, and she is an author with Oxford.
