To cancel your registration, log in here and go to “CANCEL REGISTRATION”.
For cancellations made on or before 24 February 2023, a credit note will be issued for the full registration fee. Cancellations made on or after 25 February 2023 will forfeit 100% of the registration fee with the following exceptions.
- A change in travel regulations restricting participants travelling to Adelaide.
- A change in local regulations limiting the number of participants allowed at the conference.
- Personal medical reasons: participants will need to submit a doctor’s or other medical practitioner’s report.
For exceptions, refunds can only be made up to two weeks after the end of the conference. Please make sure to contact us about any requests at globalconferences@ibo.org no later than 4 April 2023. No requests will be reviewed after this period.
