If you are new to the IB:

1. Create your My IB account

My IB portal is the doorway to rich IB resources on pedagogy, critical documentation on programme frameworks, curriculum, IB educator forums, and much more, all using a single account.

2. Update your My School details

All authorized IB World Schools (IBWS) are promoted on our website with their own page. The information about each school is maintained automatically from our central database, so it is essential that these details are up to date so that interested parents/guardians can contact your school.

Accurate contact details will also ensure that the relevant people in your team receive IB communications, including curriculum and assessment updates, professional development opportunities, and other upcoming events. If any positions in your school are unfilled at this time, please add a temporary person to that role and update this once filled.

Please note: if you do not currently have a Head of School in place and are taking action in their place, please continue to take the actions requested, providing us with temporary leadership contact details and/or details of the IB coordinator at your school.

3. Connect with your IB World School manager

Your dedicated manager will support you in your own IB journey and help you enhance the quality of the IB education your school provides, advising based on your school’s unique context.

Details of your IBWS manager are in the My School section of My IB, where you can also book a meeting with them.
