Any cancellation occurring 22 days or more prior the first day of the conference will incur a credit note of the full amount of the registration fee. For cancellations made 21 days or less prior to the first day of the conference, a penalty of 100% of the fee will apply.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN THE SYSTEM. REQUESTS TO CANCEL PARTICIPANTS VIA PHONE OR E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS OFFICIAL CANCELLATION.
We recognize that many participants must travel to attend IB Conferences. The IB expects registrants to make every reasonable effort to report to the conference for which they registered. Please be aware if the conference is held, no refunds or credits shall be issued for difficulties encountered in transit. Participants are encouraged to purchase a travel insurance plan designed to protect the traveller from losses resulting from sudden and unexpected conditions or events.
The IB reserves the right to cancel a conference due to unforeseen circumstances. We endeavour to give participants as much advance notice as possible of any change to their enrolment. In the unlikely event that the IB has to cancel a conference, we will refund the total registration fee amount or provide a credit note.
Please note that the IB does not reimburse participant travel expenses.
