Terms and conditions
The total square footage of space for each exhibit booth is 150cm in width and 70cm in depth. We will provide an exhibit table that is 150cm long x 70cm wide and two chairs. Your backdrop should not exceed 150cm in width. Please remember this is a table-top exhibit show with limited space. The IB has the right to require a vendor to adjust their setup if their booth impedes upon another exhibitor or interrupts the flow of the festival attendees.
