  • Accommodation details

    The IB has reserved a number of hotel rooms for participants at the workshop venue for a reduced fee. Please be sure to book these well in advance as they will be released over time and all un-booked rooms will be released six weeks before the event. However, all reservations must be made directly with the hotel/agent. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the event. The Grand Hotel Mediterraneo, a 4 star business hotel is idealy located on the green and large banks of the river Arno with only 10 minute walk from the historic city centre.
