After the official closing deadline (3 weeks before start date), please contact IB answers for registration. Late registrations are subject to a surcharge of EUR 70.
The IB has reserved a number of hotel rooms for participants near the workshop venue for a reduced fee. Please be sure to book these well in advance as they will be released over time and all un-booked rooms will be released six weeks before the event. However, all reservations must be made directly with the hotel/agent. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the event. (Please refer to the IB's cancellation and safety policy).

Please note: Thessaloniki Airport is currently undergoing maintenance work, due to which some flights are being rerouted to Kavala Airport (ca. 200 km East of Thessaloniki). According to airport authorities bus transfer will be provided for affected passengers. We recommend that workshop participants arriving by airplane contact their carrier ahead of time to make sure shuttle service is arranged for.

Getting there by plane: Thessaloniki Airport "Macedonia", formerly known as Mikra Airport, is located 7 nautical miles south of the White Tower of Thessaloniki in Greece at Thermi.
Transportation: The only choice for public transportation in Thessaloniki is by public buses. There is a dense network of bus lines connecting most parts of the city and suburbs. The bus line that connects the airport to the domestic bus (KTEL) terminal is the express 78 line.
