Edgar Tham — Founder, Chief Sport and Performance Psychologist, SportPsych Consulting
One of Singapore’s pioneering sport and performance psychologists, Edgar Tham has worked in more than 40 different performance domains. His range of work includes sports, music, performing arts, military, civil defence, and business. In 1995, Edgar was employed by the Singapore Government as its first local sport psychologist.
In 1996, Edgar became the founding head of the Sport Psychology Unit of the Singapore Sports Council. Until 2001, he was the team consultant and travelling psychologist for numerous national teams. Currently, Edgar is a sport and performance psychologist in private practice. A registered psychologist, Edgar is noted for his work in peak performance psychology.
Edgar is an adjunct teaching faculty member for several undergraduate psychology and sport science diploma and degree courses. He is also a lecturer for the Singapore Sports Council’s National Coaching Accreditation Programme. In 2010, Edgar was awarded the Diplomate in Sport Psychology by the International Sports Professionals Association (USA) for his pioneering work in and contributions to sport psychology in Asia.

A soft-skills trainer and business consultant, Gina Phan’s work reflects her experience as an accomplished leader in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. She was previously a successful managing director of an international software company, with 20 years of sales leadership experience.
Gina is a successful practitioner of the skills she passionately shares. She believes that these vital skills will help her training participants be more effective and will directly benefit their organizations. Her training courses anchor communications skills to meet different objectives in business settings—sales, negotiations, stakeholder and conflict management and business communication.
Gina has presented to corporate leaders, academicians, knowledge managers and seminar audiences in South East Asia, Hong Kong, Europe and the USA. Prior to taking up leadership roles, she was a software developer and support engineer. Jackie Lee — Management Consultant, Strategyc Consulting
Jackie Lee has 20 years of experience as a business leader and senior manager of large multinational healthcare companies. She is well-versed with business management, sales and marketing, change management and people management skills. She is also experienced in working cross-culturally, leading high performing teams to achieve their goals.
Jackie shares her knowledge through practical tips on people management, operation excellence and strategic thinking. She has facilitated various workshops for local small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) and global companies, helping clients to strengthen their leadership ability and apply new skills through interactive and dynamic approaches.
A certified trainer with the Government of Malaysia’s Human Resources Development Fund, Jackie holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School (Glasgow, Scotland) focused on strategy and leadership in change and innovation. She is also a teaching fellow on the Strathclyde MBA programme for Operations Management. Jackie graduated with a degree in biochemistry from the University of Malaya (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) and has also completed leadership programmes from INSEAD and Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).

Paul Ch’ng — Founder and Principal Consultant, Strategyc Consulting
Paul Ch’ng is the founder of Strategyc Consulting, a firm focused on sharpening business leadership skills through training, coaching and consulting. He works with multinational companies and government agencies on strategic alignment, business acumen and leading change. Paul has facilitated workshops with participants from over 25 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas.
Paul is also a teaching fellow in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Management and Analytical Support for Decision Making on the Strathclyde Business School Executive MBA (Glasgow, Scotland).
He holds an MBA from the Strathclyde Business School, receiving the Dean’s award for research excellence in business model innovation, and he graduated in manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Warwick (Coventry, England). He is a certified professional trainer for the International Professional Managers Association, UK, and he is Malaysia’s pioneering Colour Accounting leader. His passion is to help people achieve much more than they think they can.

Teck Beng Tan — Founder, Performance Leadership Pte Ltd, Singapore
Teck Beng Tan is the founder of Performance Leadership Pte Ltd, and formerly director of Performance Recognition Pte Ltd, the winner of the Best Corporate Leadership Programme in HRM Asia’s Readers’ Choice Award 2016.
He has delivered talks, training and workshops on sales, customer service, productivity, positive thinking, change management, communication, and leadership skills for many organizations. Teck Beng has spoken in many countries in the region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand and China.
Teck Beng has a degree in accountancy from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, and a Health/Fitness Instructor Certificate from the American College of Sports Medicine, Indianapolis, Indiana. He is also a certified fitness instructor with the Singapore Sports Council. In 2015, Teck Beng received the Nanyang Alumni Service Award from NTU. He has had various roles in the Management Committee of the NTU Alumni Club—the largest and most active alumni association in the university—including that of president.
