Special rates have been negotiated with excellent hotels for our Conference delegates. The hotels are conveniently located within walking distance to the Conference venue. If you would like to combine your attendance to the Conference with leisure, we also have arranged a selection of hotels in the centre of the city. Please find below the list including price and booking links.

To take advantage of these hotel offers, we urge participants to book their hotel accommodation before the 30th of June. Please note that the majority of hotel availability throughout Barcelona may sell out due to other international events taking place at the same time. Rates are subject to availability. The rates quoted are subject to room availability at the time of booking and will be allocated on a “first come – first served” basis. Prices are per room per night in Euros.

CCIB (Centre de Convencions Internacional de Barcelona)

From and to the airport
The international airport, Aeroport del Prat, is located 13 km south-west of Barcelona and 20 km from the CCIB. 
The highway C-31 directly connects the airport with Barcelona. To enter the city, the most direct routes to the city center are Avinguda Diagonal and Gran Via and also Ronda de Dalt and Ronda Litoral, which surround the city. 

Aerobus 
The bus service between the airport and the center of Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya ) runs from 6:00 to 1:00 (to Barcelona) and from 5:30 to 0:15 (to the airport) every day. The bus frequency is one every 10-12 minutes and the journey time is around 30 minutes. 

Taxi 
The taxi ride takes about 20 minutes. The rates change depending on the schedule.

Public transport
The best options for traveling within the urban area of Barcelona are: train, bus, metro and tram. Visit the following websites:

Next to Plaça Catalunya there is Urquinaona station or the metro yellow line (L4) that leads directly to the CCIB by Maresme-Forum station. 
You can also get to the CCIB by bus: lines 7, H16 and tram: Forum station. 
All these means of transport leave you just few minutes away from the CCIB by foot.

Private vehicle 
The best option to access the CCIB from the city center by car is to cross the city along Avenida Diagonal until its end.
Ronda Litoral (exit 24) is the most direct way to reach the CCIB from the airport or from out of town.
 An estimate journey time from the airport or the city center is 25 minutes, depending on traffic.
