Exhibiting at AEM Professional Development events

Exhibiting at Professional Development (PD) event(s) is ideal if you want to reach out to an audience of IB educators from across Africa, Europe and the Middle East (AEM).

Our exhibitor arrangement for PD events includes:

  • A draped exhibitor table in one of the central areas.
  • One representative to man the exhibitor table during the 3-day event.
  • Access to the event lunches, refreshments and welcome drink.


The number of participants varies between 100 to 300, depending on the event.

IBAEM reserves the right to refuse permission to exhibit if the product(s) promoted by the exhibitor are against the IB’s philosophy or compete with products offered by the IB.


What happens after registration?

Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive detailed information about how to make arrangements and enable a timely dispatch of materials for your stand. Arranging travel, visa and accommodation is the exhibitor’s responsibility, but we’re happy to provide suggestions and tips if needed.
