Student Registration Fees
$795 Regular Registration (1 November - 30 April)
$885 Late Registration (1 May - 15 May)
- Complete the Student Information for IB WSC Registration Form to ensure you have all the details necessary to complete registration.
- Be ready to pay. Coordinators registering students can pay by one single credit card or by wire transfer. Individuals registering must pay by credit card. Payment is mandatory upon registration.
- Disable the “pop-up blockers” from your search engine.
There are 2 ways to register for the IB World Student Conferences
1. School Registration: IB Coordinators can register their students (and participating adults) on their school IBIS account. This method will result in an invoice generated on the IB school account for all participants.
- To do this, the DP coordinator should access IBIS, login to the appropriate IB WSC, and choose “Registration” from the toolbar. The student registration form appears. For adult registration, choose “Registration” and from the toolbars at the top, choose “Other Forms,” then “Adult Registration.”
- An “Acknowledgement of Registration” email will be sent to the participant upon the completion of registration. A “Confirmation of Registration” email will be sent to the participant upon receipt of the registration fee and all required signed documents. If a registration is cancelled, a “Confirmation of Cancellation” email will also be sent.
2. Individual Registration: Students and adults can register themselves directly for the conferences by accessing the links below. Credit card is the only form of payment accepted for individual registration:

Adult Participation and Registration Fees
We welcome teachers, IB coordinators, and parents to accompany their students to the IB World Student Conferences. The registration fee of $250 includes the ground transportation to and from the airport, meals, and excursions. Adults are welcome to also participate or observe the conference program.

Submit Required Documents
In order to insure the health and safety of the participants and to allow for the IB to promote IB World Student Conferences in the future, we require signed copies of the following releases and waivers. Note that your registration will not be complete until these forms are received.
- IB Medical Release Form
- IB Code of Conduct Acceptance
- IB Media Release Form
- IB Liability Release Form
- UBC Forms (Vancouver Conference Only)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests made in writing by May 20, 2012 will receive a 50% refund. Requests made by within 15 days if the conference will receive 25% refund. No refunds can be given within 15 days of the conference.
