As a member of staff at the International Baccalaureate (IB) you are part of a worldwide community of over 440 employees, situated in several regions spanning the globe.
Although our headquarters are based in Geneva, Switzerland, there are a total of 12 IB offices positioned around the world.
Our curriculum, assessment, business, finance and publications departments are all based in the UK in our Cardiff office while our research activities are based at the University of Bath.
Due to the global nature of the IB it is important that we are kept informed and updated on news and information from all around the organization. We have our staff newsletter, Bac Chat, and the staff intranet to make sure we stay well connected.
