IB Authorized/Candidate Schools:
If you are a current IB authorized / candidate school member, the IB member rate will be applied to your registration upon processing. Please have your IBIS login account ready before you click here to register. If you do not have an IBIS account, please contact the respective programme school services associate in the regional office. Please also ensure your pop-up blocker is disabled.
IB Interested Schools/Independent Candidates:
If you are an IB interested school or an independent candidate, you can still register. Non-IB member prices will be reflected. To register, please email ibapevents@ibo.org to request for a code link to register online via REGIS. Please note that payment mode is via credit card only.
Confirmation of registration
The IB coordinator and individual participants will receive an automatic confirmation email upon successful submission of online registration. All completed registrations are CONFIRMED until the coordinator cancels the participant from the REGIS system.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before 21 days prior to the event start date will receive the full refund of registration fee in the form of credit note.
Cancellations received within 21 days prior to the event start date and “no-shows” will be charged the full registration fee.
The same policy above will apply in cases where a visa is refused.
Replacement Policy
Replacement of participants should be done by coordinator via the online REGIS system up to 7 days prior to the event start date. There is no charge for this function.
Request for replacement of participants within 7 days prior to event start date should be sent to ibapevents@ibo.org. An admin fee of USD80 will apply for each change.
