Authorization processes

You can download this chart which will give you an overview of the authorization process
Programme evaluation for IB World Schools
Programme evaluation is both a requirement and a service provided by the International Baccalaureate Organization to IB World Schools. The aim is for the IB to ensure on a regular basis that the standards and practices of the programme are being maintained. The date of the 1st evaluation is counted 5 years (MYP and DP) or 4 years (PYP) from the date of the authorization letter. For IB World Schools who have already been evaluated, the date of the evaluation is counted 5 years from the date of the previous evaluation. Please note that IBAEM has set deadlines for the submission of the self-study, depending on the date of the evaluation visit (PYP and MYP) or when your DP evaluation is due.
