2012 Conference of the Americas exhibitors

The 2012 IB Conference of the Americas represents the largest gathering of members of the IB community in the world.  Discover new ideas to further develop your IB programme, learn from IB practitioners, reflect on your practice, and leave with inspiration and renewed energy to bring back to your school.  Our participants include school heads, school board members, superintendents, IB programme coordinators, and educators from tertiary, secondary, middle, and primary schools from across the Americas, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Our exhibitors are a welcomed and a vibrant part of the event. The exhibit hall will open with our welcome reception on Thursday, July 12 and continue throughout the two full conference days—July 13 and July 14, 2012. To maximize your visibility at the conference, we also offer the opportunity to advertise in our conference program—we estimate around 1,000 programs will be printed and distributed to conference attendees.  Please join us this summer to share your organization’s products or services with our participants.  To sign up as an exhibitor, click here.

Exhibitors

Organizations/Individuals that sign up as sponsors or exhibitors will receive a six-foot draped table in the exhibit hall. The exhibit hall will be open for the opening reception and the two full conference days for 7.5 hours each day.  Refreshment breaks will be taken in the exhibit hall to increase participants' awareness of your exhibit.  

US$1,600: Exhibitor Registration

US$1,280: Return Exhibitor Registration (a 20% discount)

• One 6-foot draped table and signage
One conference registration, a US$895 value (includes access to all conference events: conference sessions, meals, opening reception and closing dinner). All exhibitor participants are required to pay a full registration fee.
• Acknowledgment in the conference program

US$895: Additional Exhibitor full conference registration (early bird registration fee $745, if registered before 12/31/2011, $845 if registered before 3/31/2012)

  • US$895 value (includes access to all conference events: conference sessions, meals, opening reception and closing dinner).
  • All exhibitors are required to register as a exhibitor and pay a full registration fee. Companion passes will not be accepted for additional exhibitor participants.

 

Payment

Please note each exhibitor and additional exhibitor will have to be registered individually. A separate confirmation email and invoice will be sent after each person is registered.

Payment by credit card will have to be done with each individual registration. If paying by check, feel free to combine all the invoices and send one payment to IBA.
