Communications Focus Groups
2011 IB Conference of the Americas, 21-24 July
Dear Focus Group Participant,
Thank you for agreeing to participate in the communications focus groups at the IB Conference of the Americas in San Antonio.
Our goal for this focus group is to determine whether or not communications materials produced by IB Americas and distributed to IB World Schools are meeting the needs of IB coordinators and heads of schools. A secondary goal is to uncover whether our communication efforts are clear, concise, and easy to read. Lastly, we would, we would appreciate your input on whether other types of communication materials could benefit the IB community.
The communications materials we will ask specific questions about are:
- IB Americas eNewsletter, May 2011 edition
- IB Americas regional web site, www.ibo.org/iba
- Email blasts:
- IB Social Media: Blogosphere, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
Lunch will be provided during the focus groups.
