Booking accommodation

JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes: $170 USD plus taxes and fees, currently 12.5%

The room rate includes guest room internet, unlimited local and domestic long distance calls, transportation to Sea World, Universal Studios and Disney World, two pool floats, driving range privileges, daily selected recreational activities and one daily fitness center class.

Attendees must identify themselves as part of the IB Global Conference if reserving your room over the phone. This will ensure you will receive the quoted guestroom rate. We encourage participants to make reservations as soon as possible. Attendees will be charged one night's deposit at time of booking. The quoted rate is available until 5pm Friday, June 30, 2017.

Airline discounts

We are excited to offer all IB Global Conference 2017, Orlando, Florida attendees an airline discount when booking travel to the conference in Orlando. Please see below for available airline discount instructions.

United: You may book online at www.united.com/meetings, then click on Book Meeting Reservations and enter your Offer Code ZXPA472281 when searching for your flights. If booking through a travel professional or you would like to call United Meetings (800-426-1122), give them the Agreement Code: 472281 and Z Code: ZXPA. There is a $25 service fee for all tickets issued through the airlines reservation desk. If calling from outside of the U.S., please call your local United Airlines Reservation Office, book online, or email groupmeetings@united.com and provide your agreement code and meeting Z code. Please allow 24 hours for email requests to be processed.

Delta Airlines: You may book online at www.delta.com/meetings, select "Book Your Flight", then enter the Meeting Event code NMPDJ on the form along with your trip information. You may also call the Delta Meeting Network® Reservations at 1-800-328-1111, Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 7.30pm (Central Time) and refer to above Meeting Event Codes. There is a $25 service fee for all tickets issued through the airlines reservation desk.

International travel

All non-US citizens must present proof of citizenship to enter the United States. An acceptable form of identification is a valid passport. Depending on your country of origin, you may be required to obtain a visa to enter the United States. Please contact your embassy to confirm entry requirements.
