Middle Years Programme (MYP) associate regional manager

The MYP associate regional manager will join the MYP team currently headed by the MYP regional manager and supported by the MYP assistant. The team is responsible for advising, facilitating, supporting and informing the development and expansion of the Middle Years Programme in the Asia Pacific region.
The position involves visiting and working with schools throughout the region to maintain quality assurance in consultation, authorization and programme evaluation. The job holder will play a key role in assisting with the coordination of regional workshops, in-school training and training of workshop leaders.
The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced, qualified, highly successful teacher or administrator in an IB World School preferably in the Asia Pacific region. The candidate must have had at least 3 years experience as an IB MYP coordinator and experience as a workshop leader. The post holder must be an excellent communicator who is able to work effectively with people from a wide variety of cultures. Due to the nature of the work this role will entail extensive travel, including many weekend absences from Singapore.
The salary package will be commensurate with the level of this post and its location. Reasonable relocation expenses will be available for the successful candidate.
