ICT Business Analysis Manager Ref 270

Salary:£34,000 - £39,000

Based in the ICT directorate, the post will be responsible for the planning, direction and coordination of the business analysis, programme and project management activities of the ICT Department with a particular responsibility to manage the business analysis team. The post reports to the Chief Information Officer and is part of the ICT senior management team.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have a proven track record in managing strategic and large scale projects and programmes of work in relation to the use of ICT. The job requires you to have in-depth knowledge and experience of all of the main programme and project management concepts, tools and techniques.

You will need excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to challenge views and offer advice and guidance at all levels within the organization including executive level. There is also a requirement for excellent interpersonal, written, presentation and problem-solving skills combined with a good awareness of trends and directions in technology.

Occasional weekend working and some international travel may be necessary.
