IB Store manager Ref 136

Salary: c £21,000

As a key member of the sales and marketing department of the publications group, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the IB store to ensure it is available for customers and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the development of the store so that it meets the future needs of customers and aligns with the business requirements of the publications group. You will have a good standard of education, to at least A-Level, IB diploma or equivalent, with proven experience of website management and planning within an e-commerce environment and of using web content management systems, including web usage analysis, and a working knowledge of HTML. You will be experienced in managing projects and working with external suppliers to commission technology development work and have the ability to set up and develop administrative systems. You will possess strong organizational, communication, analytical and reporting skills and be able to use your initiative in carrying out your accountabilities. You must have an excellent command of the English language, while a working knowledge of French and/or Spanish would also be useful.
