Salary: £13,769 - £18, 360 per year

Reporting to the executive personal assistant and working flexibly as part of a small, professional administrative/secretarial team, this post will provide high quality administrative support to the head of continuum development and a small management team. The post holder will plan, organize and support key meetings within the directorate. In addition, the post holder will be expected to take on ad hoc project work and provide cover for other administrative team members as required.
Preferably educated to IB Diploma, A level standard or equivalent, and with previous experience in a secretarial/administrative role, you will be able to work independently and as part of a team. Good written and spoken English is essential for this post as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. Some experience of taking minutes would be an advantage. You will be highly IT literate, have good organizational and planning skills and be attentive to detail.
