Participant Resource Book (PRB)
Please find below the table of content template for your workshop to help you create and plan your Participant Resource Book (PRB). The aim is to provide you with your PRB backbone (i.e. PRB structure and PYP published documents for workshops) so you only need to add the articles/worksheets you would like to include in your PRB under the different sections.
The PYP published documents are indicated in “Black”. They will be provided directly by the IB and thus you do NOT need to send us a copy.
The section in “blue” is for you to fill in. Please replace the blue text by the name of the articles/worksheets or section you would like to add.

Important notes:
- You can add more articles by simply adding new lines otherwise leave the blue text untouched. Keep in mind the 150 page limit for the PRB
- All articles included in the PRB should be written using the following format:
Author + Name of article + publisher + date
Example:
Margaret G. McKeown and Isabel L. Beck The Constructivist Classroom. Educational Leadership, 1999
- An electronic copy (pdf if possible) of all articles/worksheets you would like to include in your PRB should be sent to the PD unit with the table of contents. Articles you don't want included in the PRB should be included in the section "Resources to be printed separtately".
Finally please use the section at the bottom of the table of contents to add any materials you would like participants to bring to the workshops and which are NOT already mentioned in the workshop overview.
Once we receive your completed table of contents and related articles, the PD Unit will compile your PRB and send it to the PYP program unit for review.
