Travel
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the event and for meeting visa requirements. Please note that travel arrangements should not be finalized until participants have received confirmation of registration (which should not be confused with the initial acknowledgement of receipt of registration details). Confirmation will be sent only when the minimum number of registrations for each workshop have been received.
Participants are recommended to get comprehensive travel insurance.
