IB/EF Inquiry into China
Join IB and EF Tours on a 10-day tour to China in the summer of 2012! Over the course of this workshop you will experience the new and the old China as you tour Beijing, Xi’an and Hong Kong and visit China’s major cultural and historical sites, including the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, and Terracotta Warriors. You will visit an IB school in Hong Kong, learn about educational practices in China, and share best practices with IB educators and fellow travelers from across North America. Tour participants will also visit a silk factory and have time for shopping. Seasoned IB workshop leader Steve Hreha will facilitate discussions to help guide educators to rewarding and innovative ways to bring international-mindedness to the IB classroom.

Details: 10-day professional development tour to China including flights, ground transportation, sightseeing, site entry fees, school visits, a continental breakfast and dinner daily, accommodations in first class, superior tourist class, or tourist class hotels with private baths.
