Personal Assistant to Regional Director

This job provides support to the Regional Director of IB Asia Pacific in all aspects of her administrative and secretarial work. The job holder is the first point of phone and email contact for the office and responds to the inquiries and assists in office administration matters. This role requires a high level of initiative, problem solving, confidentiality and personal judgment to handle verbal and written communication within the IBAP office, other IB offices and external constituents..
The ideal candidate would have:
- A tertiary qualification preferably in business administration or equivalent working experience
- Demonstrated past experience, ideally as a PA, to work at a senior level, showing initiative, an understanding of complex issues and a care for confidentiality
- Experience in an international context would be desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with considerable experience in current electronic communications.
- Excellent organizational and procedural skills.
- Good interpersonal skills in a variety of contexts.
- Good computer skills and background including MS Office Suite and the Web Database experience preferred.
