ICT Support Desk Co-ordinator Ref 264
Salary:circa £17,000

Based within the ICT support desk team, you will provide first line support to end users of ICT systems. You will be responsible for the operation of a call logging system that ensures all calls are resolved appropriately. You will provide administrative support to the team including setting up ICT security briefings, booking out pool equipment and monitoring generic mailboxes. You will be responsible for creating and deleting staff accounts and producing monthly statistical reports.
You will be educated to IB Diploma, A-Level standard or equivalent and have proven administrative experience in an office environment. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills and a demonstrable interest of working in an ICT environment would be beneficial.
