Salary:£15,768 - £21,023
Based within the ICT support team, you will be educated to IB Diploma, A-Level, or equivalent standard, ideally with an IT related qualification. You will have a minimum of one year’s experience of working in an IT support environment, including working to service level agreements through an incident logging system. You will be familiar with supporting Microsoft products (in particular Windows 2000 and Office) in a networked environment, and you will be able to easily adapt your skills to other bespoke and non-Microsoft systems. You will also have proven communication and organizational skills and your analytical and problem solving skills will be of a very high standard.
