Human Resources and Administration Manager

Salary: SFr 112,584 - 150,112 per year

The International Baccalaureate (IB) is looking for an enthusiastic human resources and administration manager to provide a comprehensive service within our Geneva office and also to be an active member of our global human resources team. The successful candidate will ensure that the service they provide takes into account IB wide policies, local procedures and local legislation.

We are looking for someone who has a first degree or equivalent in human resource management, business, organizational development or a related discipline and proven experience of human resources work, preferably in a generalist role. Alternatively, human resources experience gained in various positions over a period of time will be considered. The ideal applicant will have supervisory experience as well as being a member of the Swiss Association for Human Resources or be in the process of achieving professional membership status. Prior experience of administering payroll would be beneficial. The successful applicant will need to show excellent interpersonal, organizational and motivational skills as well as have an excellent command of French and English, both written and oral.  

This post is full-time and based at the IB office in Geneva, Switzerland.  The salary offered within the above salary range will be dependent upon the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
