Contract and Strategy Senior Officer
Salary: Commensurate with experience

In developing a new approach to the planning of our professional development events, we are creating a new position within our Regional Office for Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
The position will have responsibility for ensuring that the planning and marketing of professional development offered by the organization corresponds to the evolving expectations of our customers.
The main responsibilities will include:
- developing an annual calendar of events varying in size and locations throughout the region
- analysing event related data and providing corresponding reports and recommendations
- negotiating and establishing contracts for potential venues
- meeting agreed financial goals relating to price margin and volume
- defining and undertaking marketing activities with schools
Candidates should have:
- confirmed experience in the negotiation and organization of events at an international level
- have participated in marketing type projects
- successful experience in multifaceted and project orientated teams
- university level education or equivalent
- excellent english language ability, both written and spoken, and the ability to speak french and/or spanish would be a plus
- an understanding of the education world would be an advantage
- availability for travel (up to 20%)
